Brad Smith – TEDx Youngstown 2022
Brad Smith perfectly exemplifies the nature of his TEDx talk, on effectively managing time in college in order to enjoy a rich, full life, while keeping your grades up.
He earned a 4.0 GPA, en route to graduating Summa Cum Laude from YSU in 2015, even while participating in YSU baseball all four years. He then brought his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration back to his family business, as a fourth-generation co-owner of Compco Industries.
In addition to his career, he became a Freemason in Ohio in 2017 and has pursued multiple leadership and communication courses, including John Maxwell Executive Circle, Rooftop Leadership, Business NLP Practitioner, and courses on dynamic public speaking.
In 2018, Brad married his college sweetheart Ashley, and still finds time for golf, coaching baseball, and travel.
